If I remember correctly back when I read up on his story I think he believed he was ftm due to how uncomfortable he felt living as a girl, of course that was before he found out the truth of what happened to him. So, in a way, the world’s first and hopefully last true cispoon. He even got top surgery, he could’ve had a decent life if he didn’t khs and sued the evil doctor for a fuck ton of money instead
