they absolutely work, if you put them in your gums like a zyn pouch they will go right to your bloodstream. i put one tablet in my gums twice a day after brushing and have levels high enough to suppress T

Buccal (between gum and lip) works the same as sublingual, it's more convenient imo. You'll have to be careful to time your eating habits around your doses though. You can't really eat while it's dissolving and it can take a while.
Are you taking an AA? It's hard to monotherapy on subl/buccal. Also you should split your dose as evenly as you can throughout the day for your levels.
