He came through with some big time slop in the last years of his life. That sucks, and it hurts his legacy, but I think it’s important to remember the amazing work he did on stage, and as Picard in Star Trek TNG. Not going to hate on some old guy for continuing to work, but maybe this can be seen as a cautionary tale for actors and actresses who keep participating in failed, lukewarm revivals of their celebrated characters and franchises. Woke corpo mob will come for anything by this point in their effort to homogenize and destroy culture which does not align with their worldview, as happened with Star Trek near the end. Regardless, RIP.
