obligatory pain dr visit selfiedr moved to new location; its a nicer new building but i had to walk alot and its a pain to get to bc the later freeway exit is awfulthey resched me without telling me but luckily they checked with my dr and he made sure i got seen to get my refills it just was like an hout wait bc ppl ahead of us; but my visit was fast only took like maybe 10mno changes for now but if im still doing worseish in jan ill ask if we can add 1 dilauded per day or something without reducing my 5/day hydrocodone flexibility; he wont put me to 6 even tho i commonly take 6 in a day bc it gets closer to the safe acetaminophen limit per day (all immediate release hydrocodone atleast here includes 325mg of tylenol to augment it slightly and its also an abuse/misuse deterrent)i dont want to switch to oxycodone bc id probably get less of them and there have been shortages of that med for years bc dea limits; pharmacies literally just run out and then you have withdrawl unless you can get it sent to another which takes phonecalls and hours and driving; and thats if the other pharmacy even has them either; they usually will not tell you over the phone; and especially dealing with big chain pharmacies is a total evil nightmsre they will just refuse to fill it and interrogate you over it bc thats the company policy to treat any person taking opioids like absolute subhuman zero dignity dogshit and they could care less if you will be vomiting/diahrhea/bedridden for weeks bc they didnt want to do theur jobit really sucks needing 2 controlled substance just to live my life & not be completely bedridden or get even more hurt from my panic attacksatleast i have enough mostly and this yr mostly was better physically minus mild spine injury from bumpy car ride home from pharmacy later in the day last time i went to this dr in augmental uh bad summer but some improvement lately; lots nightmares tho :( & v emotional swings + stressy stuff:( but im hopeful itl be ok
