I'm around 4 months on 6mg of EEn and I feel anhedonic, low libido, and mentally disorganized. Has anyone else experienced this? Does progesterone help?

6mg is way to fucking much. You should be around 4mg lol. Have you done blood work? You sound low t, even for a woman.

You might have to fine tune your dosage a little bit but it's normal at first to be super low-energy, it gets better after a while
