I just asked my doctor and they were like sure. Been on it for 4 months and it's insane. My belly disappeared, and my ass, thighs, and boobs have never seen more growth. I haven't even changed weight, I was 5'5'' 130lbs and still am, but it feels like all my visceral fat just converted into exactly what I want.

I'm on 30mg/day. No edema or negative side effects. Was worried I'd get light headed or low blood surger but it never happened, maybe I'm lucky.

I was planning on my doctor saying no and bought some Lobeglitazone online for cheap (alt pio), but ended up never using it since it arrived well after my pio script filled.

Genuinely best decision I ever made.

Because I’m too poor for diy and my endo hates me I still need to change specialist
>>
>>45175487
my understanding is that you need to lose as much weight as you can and then caloriemax once you start taking it.

im still trying to get more skinny. is there a bmi i should shoot for before i start pio?
>>
>>45175504
I've honestly changed nothing and my weight has been stable and I've seen results. It takes a long time for it to start working though, like 1-2 months before it's been in your system long enough to do anything. Most of the studies are after the 3-4 month mark. I wouldn't worry about the diet stuff if that's stopping you from trying it.
>>
>>45175503
Best decision I made was shopping for multiple PCP doctors. I have 4, I just ask them one by one for the drug I want and one is bound to say yes. You don't pay a subscription on doctors, just the visit fee, so there's really no cost to having several.

Buying it online was like $20 a month if I wanted to DIY. Brutal if that's out of your range
>>
>>45175487
Because I'm stupid and don't know how to get it through diy means LOL
>>
>>45175487
>My belly disappeared
what? literally nobody has told me it does that i thought it was the cowmoder drug.
>>
>>45175487
idk I don't think I have much visceral fat and I'm overweight
>>
>>45175528
It redistributes fat from visceral to subcutaneous as part of its method of action. It's genuinely just a peak drug. People are messing with peptides while this shit is a cheap daily pill that fucks. It does so much good stuff. Just don't be dumb and do like 60mg/day and you're fine. Feels like every bad case I heard was people overdosing it and then getting bad symptoms
>>
>>45175487
>Why are you not on Pio?
im not even on my antispychotics i dont have time for all these designer doll kits
>>
>>45175529
Honestly the downside is so small it's probably worth getting on it and finding out that way.
>>
>>45175550
Take you lithium babe
>>
>>45175552
i cant.
my last doctor was about to put me in the psych ward and i got afraid of him so i hid and i lost my prescription.
>>
>>45175526
Really though, where do I start if I wanna get on it? I'm a dunce and even though I got some decent changes through fatmaxxing I think pio would help
>>
>>45175577
okdermo lobeglitazone
has it, but kinda pricy. worth a shot
>>
>>45175487
My endo ended up giving me a legit script and recommending it to 4 other patients just off my own results after a year on 30mg. Worked really well for me
>>
>>45175613
Prices don't seem too bad. Do they ship to Sweden? I heard a lot of mixed stories on deliveries to the nordics
>>
>>45175617
Hell yeah, a year on it is insane. How has your experience been so far?
>>
>>45175632
I've pretty much kept the same weight for most of the time shifting 10lbs at most +/-, waist has no stubborn fat on it now, and got a really nice butt out of it, some breast pain and tenderness started up again after none in years but was short lived, did get about a cup size out of it I think, skin is really nice too, like more fat in the skin making it softer. I definitely lost some muscle though
>>
>>45175639
honestly solid
the muscle stuff seems unrelated anyway and easy to get back worst case
>>
>>45175487
what should i tell my endo to get i prescribed?
>>
>>45175577
>>45175627
i grabbed mine off dashpct which i believe ships globally
>>45175487
how soon after starting hrt should you get on? i've been on e for 3 months and lost 4kg so far, i already have four packs but i read you should avoid it until you're like over two years or some shit
>>
>>45175487
How long have you been on hrt though?
>>
>>45175487
can someone explain me what this is lol. im on e prog n cypro for 5+ years, will it help with fat distribution or later boob growth?
>>
i got mine from pct247.ru (el-pio 30mg $0.027usd/tablet+$25usd shipping), it's the cheapest i found but doesnt ship globally. 4nrx uk and medicineapo are also somewhat cheap. ive been on it for a few weeks and been gaining some weight (18.3bmi to 19.7bmi). i havent noticed any side effects e.g. low blood sugar or enema (but im on 25mg/d spiro), but i also havent noticed many effects yet. ill stay on it for another ~3-4 months, the bone density changes are a little scary because i'm sedentary and already am predisposed to osteoperosis through another condition ;-;
>>
>>45175487
Where can you get it in Europe?
>>
>>45175820
>prog n cypro
wtf are you doing
>>
>>45175827
>enema
lmao
>>
>>45175840
im retarded i mean edema lmao
>>
>>45175791
once your e levels are stable you're good to go. maybe 3 months without changing your e routine and good consistent e labs >200pg/ml
>>
>>45175806
4 years before starting pio
>>
>>45175503
Diy literally cheaper then perscription but keep coping hon
>>
>>45175487
did it do anything for your face
>>
>>45175820
fat redistribution for waist/hips/ass/thighs, reduces visceral fat, ymwv
>>
>>45175855
Seems a little fuller and more smooth, it's hard to put into words
>>
>>45175838
what
>>
>>45175487
because it gave me permanent heart problems
>>
>>45175888
can you elaborate? im sorry that rlly sucks
>>
>>45175884
you are using 2 progestogens
>>
>>45175898
after about a month on a dose so small it was almost useless, I woke up with calves swollen like bread dough, and began to have persistent chest pain and tightness, I have an irregular heartbeat now and may need a pacemaker before 30 if it gets worse
I ride a bike for transport and spend 8+ hours a day on my feet, my most unhealthy heart habit for the last decade has been poor sleep. If it does half of what people say it does, if it only does that much for 3 out of 10 who try it, I genuinely wish the best for you, but it's not safe to pass it around like candy.
>>
>>45175934
What's wrong with that though?
>>
>>45175984
prolactin, prolactinoma, milk truk, CVD, etc.
>>
>>45176029
prolactinoma is great cause you get to be on dopamine agonists and want sex and gamble all the time
>>
>>45175934
really? i only take 100mg progesterone, is this bad?literally what ive been on forever
>>
>>45176053
interesting. going to buy dopamine agonists rn
>>45176062
cypro is bad
>>
>>45176080
i thought spiro is the bad one, why is cypro bad

i heard people say it can stunt breast growth if started too early in your transition
i do wanna get on pio but ive only been on E for 4 months and i dont wanna fuck myself here
i know it does redistribute fat to your tits but apparently it can mess with the glands there??? idk im not sure, can anyone help out? i would love to get on pio if i can
>>
>>45176145
yeah kinda scary, better alternative?

i take 50mg of cypro a week split 25 at the start and 25 at the end of the week. I got some metabolic thing or something so my levels get nuked on low amount iirc what the doctor said
>>
>>45175848
alright thank you :]
>>
>>45175555
You can get lithium on amazon
>>
>>45176203
>yeah kinda scary, better alternative?
S - orchi/gnrh antagonists
A - gnrh agonists
B - darolutamide
C - high E, enzalutamide, apalutamide
D - bicalutamide
E - spiro, CPA (short term) or other progestins
F - CPA (long term) or other progestins
it's worth to check if you get full T suppression without an AA and with E levels below 250 pg/ml considering that you are a long time on HRT, then it would be S
>>
>>45176267
i plan to get orchi soon, i might see what my levels are without cyproterone cause i wanted to monotherapy for years but getting prescribed prog thats more then 100mg a day worth in my country has proved kind of difficult
