or some inbetween where only a certain percentage of humans are capable of any kind of sex dysphoria
>>
>>45198500
transmaxxers are really trans or at least MEF/AGP/AGAMP
>>
>>45198500
I think I once had some sort of reverse sex dysphoria because I thought I had some sort of intersex disorder from doing drugs so i tried anything to get as manly as possible and felt dysphoric about it
>>
>>45198541
Help me be not transphobic. If it's not an identity thing, I don't see the point in transitioning. Even if it's identity, just go for gender noncomformity right? If transitioning is to alleviate dysphoria, surely there other ways to do that like fixing your life and unresolved trauma. It's craziness to want be something you're not and can never be. Something somewhere went wrong to cause people to want that. It doesn't just naturally occur. They got fucked up by external factors.
>>
>>45198500
transmaxxers are all trans
there are people with strong and mild gender dysphoria. transmaxxers will have mild GD (neutral about being male or female) and think they are non-dysphoric or are straight-up lying or larping
I would say that something like up to 10% of people have either a neutral gender identity or one that is opposite to their birth sex, but most can get away with being less masculine or less feminine rather than going through a full blown transition
>>
>>45198618
Idk anon, ive been like this for as long as I can remember. Even at 3 years old. Do you really think it's nurture? I'm quite happy like this and almost all of my problems went away once others started perceiving me as female, everyging feels right for the first time in my life.
>>
>>45198618
if only every tranny didn't think of this before
>>
>>45198813
Happy 4 u. I wished to be a woman since I was 4 but it was all AGP. I didn't get identifiable gender dysphoria until 3 months ago (I'm 26 now)
>>45198842
Yes I know. Trans people tend to be more self aware than most people. I wish so badly that we can talk IRL. I talk to trannies online more than other people and I don't know why.
>>
>>45198618
Sure all adds up, but being openly treated as a feminine being is something else, wish I wasn't as old so I could come out anyway I wanted.
>>
>>45199041
I'm drunk so my comprehension is out of wack. Have you transitioned?
>>
>>45198618
>natural
tell me what is natural about the domesticated cis human in 2026
>>
>>45199057
As in presenting feminine publicly definitely? No, I've been out a few times and malefailing makes me unbelievably happy but no.

there is no cure for dysphoria. it isn't caused by trauma or depression, it's a permanent way in which our brains are fucked and research shows time and time again that transition is the only effective treatment
>It's craziness to want be something you're not and can never be. Something somewhere went wrong to cause people to want that.
true
>It doesn't just naturally occur.
wrong, it does and has throughout human history. it's possible that it develops more commonly in modern populations due to environmental pollution with endocrine disruptors affecting developing fetuses, but it is still incurable once it develops

I'm the person you responded to. My answer is: Nothing
>>
>>45199213
Yeah. The first time I ever got aroused at the thought of being a woman was at that age. The first time I ever jerked off was the thought of being a woman at 11 years old.

>>
>>45199438
not her, but when I was 11 I didn't even know trannies existed
>>
>>45199536
I wonder if that's better or worse than knowing trannies exist but not what hormones are or that you are one
>>
>>45199612
I don't think it's much different
I knew trannies existed a few years later, but I didn't know what it meant beyond men wearing women's clothes, or getting breast implants. "You can be / dress however you want" was a common sort of vaguely lgbt accepting thing I heard.
I don't think I knew about gender dysphoria or that you could actually take estrogen to look like a woman until I was 18 or 19
>>
>>45199657
real and same except I am now haunted by fears that I groomed myself into thinking I have dysphoria
>>
>>45199612
ntn but I knew about all of that but it all was so scary, kept hearing stories about botched transwomen and how some injected baby oil, or injected their chest so it looked bad.

Serious answer:
Most of them, like 60%, are actually trans. However there's evidence that some people have a much higher "gender identity sensitivity" than others. For example some of the people last century forcibly sex changed to "fix" their genitalia and then raised as the other gender ended up sticking with that gender for life. Those people probably had lower gender identity sensitivity than the others. All humans probably have their own level of this gender identity sensitivity. Some transmaxxers definitely fall into this group, where they're probably not dysphoric or euphoric about their transition but are okay with it regardless because they're not that attached to their agab.
There's probably an instinctual element of that group's transition. Like, there's probably a survival component of their adopting femininity and mating with men. A feminized male is worth more than a no-value male to a tribe, especially when it comes to helping with child rearing for the group and for keeping morale of high-value men through sexual means.

I'm autistic. I take FOREVER to figure things out about myself. And even then, I came to conclusion that I'm cis. I'm a failed incel moid that wants to be a woman so bad
>>
>>45199804
>wants to be a woman so bad
>since age 4
do you seriously currently believe you are cis
>>
>>45199815
Yes. I absolutely do. My Mediterranean masculine body calls me to heroic manhood, just as the gods intended.
>>
>>45199877
you are a repressing transsexual who will john50
>>
>>45199899
John 50 will never be me, and I will never be him. He is weak, while I am strong.
>>
>>45199773
how could that instinct have evolved prior to the existence of estrogen injections
>>
>>45199916
john 50 was strong. she accepted that she had to transition and damn the consequences. you on the other hand are pathetic
>>
>>45199773
>For example some of the people last century forcibly sex changed to "fix" their genitalia and then raised as the other gender ended up sticking with that gender for life.
every study I've read on stuff related to this says that the success rate of someone adopting the gender identity of the opposite sex, including behaviors, interests and sexuality, is virtually 0%
>>
>>45198500
>is reverse dysphoria just not a thing or are transmaxxers all just trans?
Transmaxxers are actually just trans. It's really pretty obvious if you think about it for more than half a second. Cismales do not enjoy the experience of developing gynecomastia.
>>
>>45199926
>pathetic
Your words don't affect me. I'm too drunk and I already cried tonight.
>>
>>45200189
there's nothing manly about you. what do you hope to accomplish? dignity? there's nothing dignified about a life defined by pain
>>
>>45198500
I have reverse dysphoria but I keep taking estrogen:

Reverse dysphoria symptoms:
>poor sleep, lack of motivation, numbing of sense of humor and personality
>self conscious about breasts

Why do I take it then?

I don't know. I used to want to look like a cute trap but I don't anymore as I'm a regular dude with the passage of time but I'm doing it because I used to want to.
>>
>>45200520
I'm the anon you responded to. I don't even know if I have gended dysphoria or not or if my mind is lying to me about it and I'm forcing it.
>>
>>45199213
I've said it before and will say it again but I will cry tears of joy when people realize AGP is a downstream effect in 95% of cases.

>>45199438
Not her but my parents shunned any extraordinary gender expression out of me and turned me into a shell of my former self for the rest of my life once they became concerned i might not be cishet (I'm assuming they were concerned by this) I used to love to sing, do my cousins hair, be in plays, etc, but then they made me feel bad for doing all that. I basically had internalized transphobia for years. I wish I didn't. my life is irrecoverable now because i let my male puberty finish even though i hated every second of it and all the changes and constantly fantasized about discovering I was actually a girl (I would never ever ever be trans though)

>>45199804
same

>>45200010
i actually hate my gyno, always have. I think it's moreso because i despise vehemently the fact I am fat and it's a consequence of that. it's the same reason I can justify keeping a beard despite how much dysphoria it gives me, I just hate being looking fat so much. I had a bit of a dysphoric episode and shaved it a couple days ago and felt good for a few hours before realizing how ugly I am
>>
>>45198500
a bit of both.
some transmaxxers are just regular trannies with low dysphoria but also reverse dysphoria is nowhere near as universal as these online spaces like to claim.
>>45198541
>or at least MEF/AGP/AGAMP
yeah, that is true.
>>45198618
>If it's not an identity thing, I don't see the point in transitioning
NTA but why should your opinion be relevant to what someone else does to his/her body?

nonny gets it, for like half of the trans on the internet it was a literal guilty fantasy of being the one out of one million to magically survive and succeed at passing. Whether or not it was known, the idea of success seemed delusional at best based on all the available info, and downright experimental and life ruining at worst.
Not having the info, having the idea but imagining it as inconceivably complex and unrealistic, knowing it's possible but imagining it's extremely likely to leave you crippled and deformed(not in the "oops boobtwink" way, in the "who put a bomb in your pants and stapled melted latex over tennis balls under your chest" way), even knowing it's possible to make great progress and still never be even mildly conventionally attractive. All of these things are equal in the mind of a dumbfuck hormonal-but-the-wrong-way pubescent child who's only treated like a person in their creepy school counselor's office
>>
>>45201854
this anon >>45199312?
you are a tranny. there is literally no way you are not trans. it isn't possible
>>
>>45201870
male puberty never really ends, no part of it identifiably stops at age 18 that's just where they drew the line for the laws
>>
>>45201891
I think reverse dysphoria is very common but doesn't affect amabs nearly as much for some reason
>>
>>45198775
As an aspiring transmaxxer this is the best and most accurate post Imo.
I dont care about my gender all that much and probably have slight dysphoria but my sexuality is more female like and I have some mef too so sadly Ill probably have to do this or be alone forever due to horrible dating market for lesser men. I also like the idea of t4t...
