Should I even bother transitioning if I have metastasized lung cancer and a high percentage chance to be dead within the next 10 years? By the time I go through the hell of transitioning socially and all the medical processes I may only have a few years left of life. Is it better for me to just die as a man?

I feel like with all the medical treatment for my cancer on top of HRT and gender corrective surgeries Id probably end up dying a manmoder. The only thing feminine about me is I have nice hair but the radiation therapy may thin my hair anyway or I might end up shaving it all off to preserve it if I do somehow get remission.

I say you have all the reason to live life to its fullest, take E, get FFS and SRS, do exciting things, rack up your credit card and do the bare minimum to avoid premature account locking. You deserve to live in a body you feel better in, even if only for a while. I wish you luck, and I wanna see you happy before your time comes, ya hear?
