the quote that ended /lit/
>>25300302I mean that's just true.
>>25300302OP is a fag who doesn't know he has a you problem.
>>25300302reminder this guy was a tree hugger who founded his entire philosophy on the notion humans should stop existing because of pollution
>>25300353I think we need to rephrase the narrative. The earth will exist for eons after humans have ceased to exist on it. It’s not “save the planet,” because the planet does not need saving. It’s really just “save mankind” under more charitable phrasing.
>>25300365What's kind of off is that people think about earth in terms like surface earth
>>25300302Yeah, I'm sure climbing mountains isn't some sort of cope.
I don't get how you can be anti-natalist in nature. Its the opposite for me, hiking and camping makes me more in tune with my biology, it makes me feel more animalistic and less civilized. Nothing makes paganism seem more reasonable than observing the endless cycle of life and death in the woods, plants and fungi growing and then decaying, massive trees towering over you, insects and mammals and reptiles all fucking and giving birth and killing then eating each other. Its like the Herzog quote from Burden of Dreams, only there's something beautiful about observing the circle of life directly instead of studying it a science textbook. Nature invites you to join in, to dance and sing and copulate and have babies and eat food and die. Antinatalism is a disease of the civilized, industrialized world where men are separated from the ground and the flesh by metal, glass and plastic.
>>25301101I dunno I saw a half rotten bird on a side walk the other day and I didn't cum in my pants because I observed the circle of life
>>25301101Hiking is civilisation sticking its phallus into the wilderness, you were never in the wild, you were enjoying the simulacra of it.
Did you guys see that one guy talking about how he enjoyed the prose of the Last Messiah and decide to start spamming it so you can pretend to be well read? Go back to his.
>>25300353That's pretty based
>>25301128>Hiking is civilisation sticking its phallus into the wildernessI actually looked up whether this was an existing quote. Good job.
>>25300302The answer is not found in faith, but revealed through faith. It's unfortunate that modern man is blind to his own inner truth.
>>25300353That sounds very similar to Linkola
>>25301128Seek therapy if you associate hiking with sexual intercourse.
>>25300302He's not a real nihilist
>>25300302>>25302043all forms of intellectual posturing are cringe. these little witticisms. speaking of some “we”… its all cope and gay
>>25302563>i dont read
>>25300302Christkek cope is incredible >at least I have something to be wrong aboutLMAO
>>25303435Do you often recite these truisms to yourself hoping your dad will come back from the store?
>>25300302I don’t know what he means.
>>25303435Who are you quoting?
