Which kingdom is your favorite?
>>
>>25303969
One of the ones in Europe but if you're making me pick from Asia I'm going with Japan.
>>
>>25303969
For some reason I always liked Wei better.
>>
I hate Liu Bei, he was a pathetic wimp
>>
>>25303969
Wei: wins, but it's irrelevant because they lose afterwards.
Shu: The Liu are so dumb.
Wu: The Sun are reckless idiots who get killed and also submit to Wei.
I choose Jin.
>>

In History - The Tang Dynasty
Of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms - Yuan Shao's forces. Still hate that the Wei beat him into destruction, only to self collapse later and be destroyed by the Jin.

Wei was based under Cao Cao simply because Cao Cao is Will To Power incarnate. After he died it fell off.

Shu was always cringe, fighting for a literal infant the entire time.

Wu should quite frankly be disqualified, you can't just come in at the end after doing nothing and win, that's fucking bullshit.

NONE OF THEM
>>
I really need to actually read up on this period, so as a retard who knows everything about it from Dynasty Warriors and related media I can only say that Cao Cao has always been a highly attractive figure to me. But maybe that's just the kid in me who thought the Empire was really cool in Star Wars and I would've actually fought under Liu Bei irl; hard to say.

Cao Cao is the villain of Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
>>

>>25304638

are y'all chinese or something
>>
>>25304641
Qin was not even Chinese...
>>
>>25304666
Well, yes, that's why I compared liking him to a boyhood fascination with the Galactic Empire.
>>25304672
If I were Chinese I doubt my exposure to RotTK would be limited to Dynasty Warriors.
>>
>>25304666
>Cao Cao is the villain
He was a normal dude using a strong state to help the people, fighting a war against lunatic reactionaries who were willing to slaughter their own countrymen for the sake of a baby's right to take the throne.
>>
>>25304700
The word "China" is most likely derived from the word "Qin".

Shu by far. They get to be the underdogs and still beat Cao Cao many times despite the odds. Zhuge Liang is also the coolest mf of the story this guy has AURA

whichever one he's from

Nah
>>
>>25303969
Wei, because the Cao were right all along and they won as far as the 3 kingdoms are concerned (and even the Jin Dynasty born out of the Wei Kingdom anyways).

Wu in second place because they were social climbers who managed to punch way above their weight.

Shu in last because Liu Bei was a narcissistic retard and they lost even while holding most of the good cards in their hand.
>>
>>25304742
No.
The modern word from China is just a bastardisation of a Sanskrit word for China.
Cīna (चीन)
>>
>>25305488
Which comes from Qin
>>
>>25305500
Nigga, Qin only took power in the 17th century.
This world is far older.
Probably a bastardisation of the semi-mythical Huáxià (华夏).

Threads like this remind me that 4chan is mostly populated by 15 year olds.

Ignore everything I said (minus the part about the name origin).
I genuinely confused Qin with Qing.
I will leave now, as I can no longer bear to be here in shame.
>>
>>25303969
Wei
>>
>>25303969
Shu
>>
>>25303969
I always liked Wu just because they're consistently kind of ignored by the other two and most of the times one of the other tries to invade Wu, they're repelled embarrassingly and suffer huge losses, ie Red Cliffs, Shu's disastrous invasion at Yi Ling
>>
>>25303969
>control central planes
>control all the wheat
>control all the cultural centers
>control the hexi corridor
>control all the major canal lanes
>control all the cavalry
>control all the natural forts

Imagine being a weifag.
Might as well be a Yankees+Patriots fan.
