Have you read even half of the books on your bookshelf?
>>
>>25307021
No, definitely not. Not even a tenth. Which is a good thing FYI.
>>
>>25307021
I have separate bookcases for read and unread
>>
>>25307021
I haven't read even 5% of the books I own, but that's because I don't read.
>>
>>25307021
Not even close. Maybe ~5%.
>>
>>25307021
Moby Dick was actually pretty gud desu
>>
>>25307021
no. I keep reading them to put a dent in them, but I buy new books faster than I can read them all

This
>>

Yes, but I don't own very many books.
>>
definitely not

This is the way.

No I haven't. I'm working on it but it's very unlikely that I'll finish all of them. I buy books that I DNF because I realize they suck ass or I'm not interested in them and then they just sit on my shelf forever
>>
About 70%.

There are a multitude of front yard libraries in my neighborhood but I genuinely believe I'd have the cops called on me if I left my DNF books in them, or I'd at least cause severe psychic harm to a fragile liberal woman and invite harassment after they inevitably check their ring cam to see who polluted their tiny YA and minotaur smut repository
>>
like a good 80%

Sell those fuckers back to a used bookstore.
>>

A few weeks ago I have. Now I came to the conclusion to mainly buy collected works from authors I am sure I will read at some point. Its cheaper in the long run. So, no, I won't be able to read even half of them now. But I am quite sure I have at some point in the past.
>>
>>25307021
yes
i keep most of the unread books i don't plan on reading in the near future in my closet
>>
Out of the 2,000 books in my personal library, I have read just over 1,000. So yes.

>front yard libraries
Americans really can't create a communal space to save their life.
>>
No, maybe 4%. This year will have a lot of reading.
