Admit it, you cried.

I read this as an 11 year old being misled by the title and it legitimately made me want to kill myself

The only thing I remember from this book was when he talked about probability or something. Also something about a dead dog and a missing mom, or dad

What did you think it was about?

>>25307582
The only thing I remember was when he correctly described the fallacy of religious people thinking they're special.

A dog doing dog things at night one of which is curious.

Convinced me autists should be snuffed out at birth

This bitch is unavoidable.
In general the goodreads reviews are not as good as I expected. I thought it was a very accessible book and I find it easy to recommend. Many reviewers either can't relate to autism at all, or say "but MY autism isn't like that". And quite a few don't like how it's written as if by a 15 year old, one didn't even get that it was on purpose.

I did. It has also gave me as I was just starting to develop serious irrational OCD-like fears at age 11 the fear that one day I will turn my head to the side and have a brain aneurysm like he concluded his Mum did. Also I read his therapists name as See-Obe-Han the entire book.

What's the actual name? I dont remember.

Siobhan, Irish Women's name pronounced "Shiv-awn". I assumed it was some kind of brownoid name as a youth.
