The list of sins is just a sample and not exhaustive. In Romans he clarifies sins only exist because a law is given that forbids something so stuff like picking up sticks on the Sabbath was a sin in the old days. But his point here is if you were baptized and received the Holy Ghost (washed or justified, plus sanctified), you are saved. So that's how a Christian should respond anyway.
