Why are these so unbearably expensive?
>>25316614The Man is mocking you people by holding your holy texts hostage using the very mechanism that you would like to do away with. It's quite delicious, in its way. But seriously, if you want your commodity fetish, last I checked there's a subscription plan (even more capitalistic!) where they send one volume a month or thereabouts, at an overall 50% discount. A Five Year Plan, more or less.Or you could simply steal some from a well-appointed college library. When I did basic (opposition) research on the MECW some years ago, I found a nice school that had a full set. IIRC the Manifesto was contained in V. 6, Capital was in the late thirties or therabouts, and the Capital V. 4 Value Price Profit Bonus Playable Content (Kautsky etc) was around V. 40 or so.
They're in the public domain, so you can probably get them print on demand
>>25316627>commodity fetishI don't understand the need of detractors to call owning anything 'commodity fetishism.' This happens even among Trots, who will suggest having more than a few books is some kind of bourgeois plot.

Do people really pay for mindpoison like this?

There’s really nothing better than a row of matching dust jackets
