Does anyone else get sleepy when they read? How do I stop it? It happens even during the day.

>>25318868I don't remember who wrote about this, but anyway, your reading environment shouldn't be too comfortable. i.e., don't read on a cushioned chair or while laying down with dim lightning, which more or less makes your brain prepare you for sleep. If possible, read before late evening/night and before consuming big meals.Those solved the issue for me.
