My Life with Charles Manson by Paul Watkins
You can search for the PDF on Internet Archive
Or grab a copy off eBay, though it's technically a rare book and I haven't seen one for less than $100

It seemed like a genuine account from Paul's perspective while living with the Manson Family and not fabricated for money
Pretty sure he (Paul Watkins) was there from the near beginning to the near end of the legacy

Chaos is now the only book worth reading about Manson.
