Nigger's tongue my anus
>>
Been thinking. We don’t know for sure what the first word was, but smart money is on mama or papa, and if forced to choose, I’d put it on mama. It’s the easiest word the human mouth can produce (discounting ‘a’), it only requires opening and closing the lips. No tongue to the teeth as with ‘d’, no rounding the mouth like ‘o’ or ‘u’, no controlled breath. And then I came to think, words are invented backwards. The sound comes before the meaning. Mama wasn’t a word, it was another sound, mum made it a word by coming. Thus language.

I really wish I could confirm if certain thoughts of mine were strictly delusions, but any external perception is limited in its ability to discern the reality of the situation. They can insist on their point of view, either aggressively or with elaborate systems of reasoning, but they lack access to the complex textures of these specific experiences that could potentially invoke some suspension of disbelief, which makes me entertain the notion of a radical subjectivity that borders on solipsism.
"You're lion/lyin' to yourself."
Was this an internal conjuration, or an actual maxim integrated from the implicit social atmosphere?
I've had my brain programmed with cryptic implications before, where I come to a conclusion that's by manipulative design, but I don't see how madness can create such a vivid and coherent perspective that defies my ability to consciously construct.
Whatever, I guess. I guess I'll just have to navigate consensus reality for now, and see if the veil slips into something more concrete.

I can't get past feeling like at least one aspect of solipsism must be true, in the fact that you only have your own mind to filter and articulate experiences through, and no matter how much we feel that we can converse or connect on a certain level of understanding with others, it is really in the end just a construct within our own brains of how we concieve the other to be thinking/perceiving. We can never have any direct access to how another mind operates and is formulating its thought, even if we think we are vastly similar due to being members of the same species. Even mind bending revelations and new ideas or profound relationships are hinged upon my internal perceptions and the limits of my cognitive functioning and abilities.
I've often wondered why this has to do with my feeling that whoever does something first often does it best, in terms of genius or revolutionary ideas, etc.

>>
>>25336085
Yeah I had that thought but didn't really feel like putting it in because it's superfluous. Obviously intelligence and genius aren't in a directly proportional relationship or linear relationship: the situation is vastly more complex than that. But there are certainly many examples of the original thinker being discovered later on or at least those who can acknowledge that though they did not have the advantage/savvy to garner fame and riches from their work they certainly often had the most lucid understanding. Of course anything can be stolen or leveraged and even improved upon later on, but I'm more making the point that it takes a peculiar kind of mind to have these insights in the first place, and everyone else has a somewhat derivative and less crystallized understanding of it down the road, because they are merely copying and understanding and refining the work/idea, rather than having the cognitive skills and talent to have had the insight in the first place. I feel like it's a subtle point and I'm not sure I'm articulating it properly but I'm trying to say that it takes a special mind of a higher order and unique ability to "alchemize" or introduce novelty into the world in the first place, regardless of said individual's ability to manifest material success/social mobility.
>>
>>25336065
I wish I could share your attitude, but I'm genuinely annoyed by the elusive nature of this seemingly hidden reality, and hate that I've been so conditioned by Psych Fascists that I reflexively dismiss any notions of mysticism as psychotic.

>>25336083
I had an experience that seemed to transcend that boundary. I was on LSD with my ex and heard a voice say "We're trying to deploy a drift." As that happened, my mind felt like it was submerged in a steam of cold, electric liquid, and my ex aligned herself with my head so that a blue, wireframe tunnel began to emerge and synchronize with my own perceptual tunnel, like a wormhole. At the time, it felt like we were viewing the internal structure of one another's minds
Granted, this doesn't fully resolve the problem you addressed, in that I was viewing her mind through the lenses of my own, but it was an extraordinary sight and feeling, one that modern psychology would hastily dismiss as being a mere hallucination, which is aggravating to deal with, because it suppresses rather than investigates.
As for the first being the best, I honestly have no clue.
>>

>>

>>
>>25336103

Something about a thought experiment similar to what you said, imagining what a primitive newborn's first word would most likely be, and deducing it would likely be the single syllable sound "ma," basically because of what you mentioned, it being the easiest and most intuitive sound a human mouth could articulate. He also backed it up with something about how it made sense that it would be the most intuitive sound and mouth formation an infant would make to signal to the mother that it was hungry and wanted to breastfeed, kek.

>>
>>25336110
I don't entirely believe that, largely because it doesn't examine why exactly this particular structure manifested. Sober perception isn't necessarily the most accurate, just the most consistent and stable. We can say that intense emotional connections or revelations into one's personality are more aligned with objective reality, but this is mainly because it's more congruent with our current reality model, so any phenomena that extend beyond the capacity for us to rationally accept as "real" are immediately dismissed as a hallucination, but this paradigm is slowly corroding how that psychedelic research is gaining more momentum.
Take the DMTx program, tofor example. Before, if a druggy in the 60's were to claim that they met interdimensional entities in hyperspace after smoking DMT, conventional psychology would dismiss this as nonsense. Now, it's an active area of research to determine why exactly people experience similar phenomena wife serious regularity, and the idea that these entities may actually exist is an ongoing debate, rather than just hastily concluded as nonsense.
And no, we didn't fuck during that state as the system malfunctioned and caused our thermodynamic equilibrium to become unstable.
We did fuck later in the trip, though, and that was pretty stellar.

Nah, I'm not denying that factor, I'm just saying that those who are more lucky with something don't really have the same level of understanding or grasp things on an intuitive level as the one who created them in the first place.
Also, debate on free will vs. determinism notwithstanding, isn't the ability to recognize serendipity or potential in something you stumbled upon also a factor, regardless of the chance occurrence?
It still takes a measure of reasoning and recognition to be able to capitalize on something at least when we're talking about creativity and fostering forth this idea into the world for others. At least that's my sense.
I could be wrong though, but meh. I'm definitely not a very lucky person myself. Perhaps there is a bias but I try to be aware of it.

There can definitely be falsehoods generated in the mind from the use of psychoactive compounds, but this is an admittedly biases view of cocaine, and probably of stimulants in general. I'm currently on Ritalin, which is legitimately prescibed to me, as if clinical authority validates the objectivity of the perceptual shift it generates, and it helps me sincerely connect with people, as well as reason more thoroughly. It's not a "false" state of confidence anymore than it is a false state of concentration. Altered states of consciousness aren't inherently less real because they deviate from the baseline.
Right, but why do they experience these specific variations? Our standard mode of perception is structured by evolution not to view reality as it is, but in whatever manner is most beneficial for survival, so it's inherently biased, but we assume its objectivity because its collectively agreed upon, which is little different than people experiencing similar phenomena when ingesting certain chemicals.
That's a hasty dismissal, as these experiments are being performed by serious institutions.

Dude, fuck this phone.

i really enjoy the symbolism of cocaine, it's the ego/vanity drug, and how do you do it? off a mirror. the most literal drug paraphernalia going. you’re looking straight at yourself. caught in the act. and what’s the tool of choice? a rolled-up banknote. little straw of capitalism. cocaine is money. it’s expensive. you’re snorting the idea of wealth through the reality of it.

I'm just tired of the loneliness in general anon, and I just like some of the other trails more. I don't want to go to the mall, it's just infested with normies and vapidity that makes me feel claustrophobic and alienated all at the same time, I'm not into that shit; I want to be out in nature where I can feel some space and reflect a bit.

I'm aware, but the principle is still the same. Cocaine can admittedly make people screwy, and can fry the nervous system, but it can also just act as a social lubricant similar to alcohol. It still doesn't change the fact that sobriety isn't the only valid form of perception. If I were to get technical, antipsychotics are psychoactive compounds, so when they're administered to a patient, according to the logic of sobriety, then they are experiencing what's essentially a false world view, but it's acceptable because it's structured in such a way that the person conforms to a established criteria of what's real and mentally healthy, which are nebulous concepts at best. It's strictly a pragmatic tool to alleviate suffering and neutralize potential threats to the system.
That's weird, but whatever, drugs can affect people differently.

there's a couple of potential sounds, but you're right that mother and father generally are the easy phonemes for a small child to pronounce, which is why there's so little variance in what you call your parents regardless of region. the m sound because it's one of the most simple sounds. often that one gets taken by the mother because they're the ones attending the kids most often to hear it, and p,d,b and t sounds are the close second with most variants for father being those. the vowel sounds can be all over the place but the consonants are generally those

I'm not even necessarily priviledging or placing the sober viewpoint in somekind of heirarchical status either: I don't think certain insights or discoveries would have occurred without drugs, I just still don't really feel like after ingestion and interaction with your brain and nervous system, etc that any of it isn't still happening internally and through the singular and subjective perceptions I've mentioned previously.
If there is a chance that this can be bridged, I guess you haven't really proposed any kind of mechanism or way by which this happens, as in your anecdote about your experience with your ex or the visions had by DMT users, etc.
To me, it seems like the drug just acts causally from within, and then is still filtered through our own perceptions. No matter how much an external agent is involved, you're still not actually seeing into or experiencing another's mind. Even if you were communicating with true interdimensional human beings its just some kind of hyped-up interstellar phone call, you aren't actually getting to be inside their minds and know truly how they are feeling/experiencing reality.

That's a genuinely fair position to take, and to be honest, I don't know the exact mechanics that would've generated the wormhole, but I feel it's worthy of investigation rather than immediately dismissing it as a hallucination because the experience is so wildly incongurent with previously established frameworks of reality.
And I agree with your sentiment to a degree. I wasn't seeing through eyes, and she wasn't seeing through mine, so we were still operating within the confines of our own minds, but there was a profound interconnection between them, as if they locked together in a point of recursion, and allowed for the seamless transmission of consciousness through the wormhole. How this actually occured, like the underlying physics like potential field dynamics, I can't say, because I honestly don't know, but I acknowledge it as a potential reality, largely because it aligns curiously with many other things I've experienced.
The phone call is the right gesture, and I agree. You can't have coherent communication without distinct vantage points, and completely immersing oneself into another's mind would essentially annihilate the awareness that would instantiate the experience. It's like if you were to look through the mind of a mosquito. Ultimately, you're looking through your own mind looking through the mosquito's, so it's a skewed perspective because you can't successfully disentangle your own form of cognition from what you're trying to observe.
So, yeah, the wormhole was more like a current that both perspectives shared while still retaining their distinct vantage points.

I find that if I entertain the thoughts then they often result in explanations that seem natural, like the comment about the wormhole system malfunctioning and destabilizing our thermodynamic equilibrium. Passed my swim test today and finally did a dive with a wetsuit, BCD, tank and regulator. Did some buoyancy work and work on hand signals and an underwater regulator replacement and did some laps around the dive pool underwater.

That was fun as fuck, haven't had this much fun in maybe six years or so. Breathing underwater is fucking cool. Apparently I'm something of a natural, my instructors seem genuinely pleased with my progress.

I fondly remember my elementary school's halloween unicef carnival. For one day a school year all class would be suspended and you could wear a costume as you went room to room and did fun little games for prizes in exchange for pennies, I think. My addled mind cant remember the meaningless currency exchanged, but it absolutely remembered the candy received.

Then there was the cake walk. Why would you walk for a cake? Fuck if I know. I know the euphamism, but not the origin. Doesn't matter, children would trade their parents money for some elaborate gambling ritual where you took paced steps around a hopscotch like gameboard to music, and when the music stopped they would draw numbers, then if the number corresponded to the one under your feet, you won a goddamn cake. An elaborate cake, baked by some overachieving stay at home mom, and I desperately wanted one every year.

I never won a cake. I did, however, smash two or three over the years. And sprayed another with axe body spray.

I wonder if I'm ruining the joy of reading by minmaxing shit. My backlog is organized far more around what I feel like I need to read at the bare minimum before I stand a real chance of engaging with arcane texts that actually appeal to me on an aesthetic level, such as modernist poetry, than on the basis of what I want to read the most and as soon as possible.

Just wanted to confirm, as a food service worker, I do regularly mess with people's food. In my kitchen I can see and hear customers ordering at the till point; if I hear someone being rude, entitled or just plain annoying, I will; select smaller pieces of food for that person, intentionally drop their food on the floor, wipe their food on the bottom of my shoe, cut off a prime piece of the food (the loin of a fish fillet) squeeze the protein with my hand breaking it up, squish my finger into the protein to break it up, rub my ball sweat on the food etc.
Just wanted to also confirm that I primarly target annoying dog owners who insist on sitting in with their 'fur babies'.

Meta Revenue in 2025:

Meta Profit in 2025
>$60 billion

Meta valuation:
>$1.4 trillion

SpaceX Revenue:

SpaceX profit:

SpaceX valuation:

Tesla is the same story.
>>

>Tesla is the same story.
>Tesla’s total annual revenue for 2025 was $94.83 billion
>Tesla’s total GAAP net income for the full year 2025 was $3.8 billion
it has an insane p/e ratio that is probs not justified at all, but that company shipped like 1.6 million cars last year and made a profit. also, comparing a software company like meta with a manufacturing company that makes batteries and cars is a little unfair.

Meta is dying, there's no potential. SpaceX is high risk but may end up monopolizing data centers and power generation all in one. Tesla has the potential to own the robotics industry.
A 10% chance of any of their big potential plays working means 2 trillion can be +EV. I'm not buying but it's not just an empty bubble, not complete nonsense. There are also moons out there with atmospheres made of rocket fuel etc, more resources than the world GDP. The big rewards need big investments and he did deliver on both tesla and spacex before even though he keeps ramping up instead of cashing out, both seemed very improbable bets.

Rogan doesn't sincerely do anything; if you can't see through how selective he is about his guests and how intellectually dishonest he is in service of his agenda than you really are a hopeless idiot. Not to say Rogan is anything close to an intellectual himself just because a few bonafide ones may have sat opposite him a few times. He brings people on who are smarter than him so he himself can leach off their image and appear as a curious intellectual, but he is nothing more than a manipulative shill, but not even a good charlatan at that, due to the obvious transparency of his modus operandi.
He is woefully incapable of meaningfully engaging the material he is often supposed to be discussing, and either gets walked all over and subserviently agrees because he knows it will still play to his audience, or postures and and gets way too defensive when pushed back at and tries-and often fails-to intimidate with his roid inflated physical stature.

Meta's revenue growth is on par with SpaceX's revenue growth, despite Meta having 10x the annual revenue of SpaceX, and being profitable. Social media use is obviously going to increase as the older generations die off.

>but may end up monopolizing data centers and power generation all in one
"But may". When? How? Pipe dreams.

> Tesla has the potential to own the robotics industry.
Literally wtf are you talking about, Tesla is not anywhere close to a leader in robotics, they have self-driving cars that are impressive but not more impressive than the Chinese models. They're not ANYWHERE CLOSE to a company like Boston Dynamics in robotics.

AI wrote my thoughts:

The envelope appeared on his desk without explanation.

No courier log. No security footage. Just a damp, gray manila sleeve sitting in the exact center of the workspace as if it had always been there, waiting for him to notice it.

The label was stamped in ink that looked slightly too dark, slightly too wet:

PORTFOLIO — SUBJECT: M. CARRICK

He had no record of ever hearing that name.

Inside was a dossier, thick with warped pages that smelled faintly of mildew and iron. The kind of smell that clings to basements where the air never fully circulates.

The first page was a brief.

Not a summary—an instruction set.

“Subject exhibits progressive detachment from standard spatial continuity. Reports of missing time correlate with structural anomalies in residential environments.”

Below it, a series of photographs: dim stairwells bending at impossible angles, wallpaper peeling in long strips like shedding skin, doorframes that seemed to open into rooms slightly offset from reality.

Each image had been annotated in bureaucratic handwriting:

“Observed seepage.”
“Noncompliant geometry.”
“Residual occupancy.”

The pages grew worse.

A medical addendum described “subdermal contamination consistent with prolonged exposure to unclassified damp agent.” Another section listed behavioral changes: avoidance of mirrors, compulsive listening to walls, fixation on corners where sound gathered too thickly.

Then came the audit note:

“Portfolio expansion approved. Remit extended beyond initial containment parameters. Field acknowledgment discouraged.”

He felt a pressure behind his eyes as he read it, like something was gently pushing back from the inside of the document itself.

The office lights dimmed.

Not flickered—dimmed, as if the building had begun conserving attention.

From the hallway outside came a sound like filing cabinets opening one by one, deep within the walls. Paper sliding. Slow. Ritualistic.

He turned toward the door.

On his desk, the dossier had changed.

A final page had appeared where none had been before.

Just one line, stamped in the same wet ink:

“You are now part of the portfolio.”

I had to compress it to 1500 characters. Here's a selection from the larger one:

He didn’t recognize the name.

He should have stopped there.

But inside, the pages were dense with bleak bureaucratic precision. A ledger of rot. A catalog of incidents described in clinical, almost bored language:

“Subject exhibits persistent cognitive seepage during REM cycles.”
“Unverified auditory phenomena: scraping behind cranial cavity.”
“Dermal discoloration consistent with prolonged exposure to unknown damp agent.”
“Emotional flattening accompanied by intermittent revulsion response to mirrors.”

Each line felt wrong in a different way. Not dramatic wrong. Administrative wrong. Like something had been recorded after the fact by an office that had already accepted the outcome.

There were photographs stapled into the file.

Not sharp images—blurred, greasy prints. Hallways that bent slightly too far. A ceiling stained with something dark and viscous, as if the building itself was slowly sweating decay. A figure standing in a corner, not quite aligned with gravity. Its posture suggested waiting, but also forgetting what it was waiting for.

It's not bad. Here's the story in 100 words.

The folder appeared on Emma's desk overnight.

Inside was a thin dossier labeled SUBJECT: EMMA REED.

Confused, she opened it.

The first page described her morning exactly. The second described the next hour. Every detail came true.

Heart pounding, she flipped to the final page.

It contained only one sentence:

"Subject will notice the figure in the reflection at 8:17 p.m."

She checked the clock.

8:16.

Emma looked up at the dark office window.

At first she saw only herself.

Then another face slowly emerged behind her.

The dossier's last line changed:

"Subject has noticed."

It's extremely depressing how completely retarded, unevidenced ideas like "greedy corporations are why we can't have MUH FREE HEALTHCARE" spread. It's crazy how the "believe the science" crowd puts NO effort into researching the actual state of the country and economy before they open their fat retarded mouths and flap their diseased tongues and soft black teeth.

US healthcare issues are mostly because of fat diabetic people who suck money out of the system to prolong their selfish epicurean lives. I'm a fat fuck but we (actually obese people not merely fat people) should be excluded from healthcare because of the tremendous burden (lol) we put on normal people. Hopefully ozempic will end this fucking farce.

According to AI: she's in a small private facility for mentally underdeveloped adults in Los Angeles supported by a private foundation, which one is a safely guarded secret that even the UCLA professor Susan Curtiss who studied her is 100% blocked from contacting or knowing about (Curtiss and other researcher were actually sued by Irene Wiley for exploiting Genie for scientific prestige and profit).

A coworker of mine is trans. I told her I couldn't tell she was trans at first glance and it made her happy. To tell the full truth, I did notice there was something odd with her but I couldn't put a finger on it. just believed trans were so rare she couldn't be one at the time.

Weird I know. I guess it counts as a genuine compliment?
I don't seem to care that she's trans, on a human standpoint. I couldn't know as I had never met one before. Was I supposed to feel hate? She was surprised that I didn't have any bad thoughts on the matter. To be frank, there is nothing disgusting about her. She is youthful with a feminine voice and face, that must bé why.

Anyway. I do somewhat think that the trans stuff is an israeli psyop. But if she feels like a woman, and looks like a woman while acting like a normal coworker, I don't see the issue.

You've been squeebed.

As someone who lives in Portland, I constantly have to be on transwatch, especially for woman who dress a bit too feminine, a bit too girlie, a bit too overtly sexual, usually like an anime character, in the ideal gaze of a man, because 9/10 times, they're trans. Sure, I lose out on the 1/10 times they're the real deal, but I can't take the chance.
>>
>>25338030
There was a teen trans at my family gathering. I was standing next to "her" in a picture, and you could see that I was making a weird face.

Yeah the fashion is one of the easiest tells. I (very male) have a fetish for women wearing very specific clothes so I have more of an eye for fashion than most men (still not great) and it's so cringe to see how they dress, they don't understand female self image at all. The first tranny I ever saw at college wore these retarded looking thigh highs and short shorts that I still think about and laugh at.

Ah, crude insults. Fair enough. Well you faggot charlatan, the prestige of a university degree in humanities is the verifiable certification of your prowess within a subject and the organized veracity of the synthesis of your corpus under supervision, of which you have none. Your personal library is a meaningless stack of books because any idiot can own books, most idiots can read them, and about half can pretend to have read them.

Academia is a deluge of incestuous neoptistic empathy vampires and desperate retards ground into dust through wage slavery due to limited career prospects until all critical thinking escapes them. No matter how exceptional you are, unless you contributing directly to the monetization of their offerings (like publishing textbooks or prestige papers) or their ideological zeal, it doesn't matter in the slightest, and the only thing they care about is your money to suck your precious limited time.

But you can get a scholarship if your anus is gaped large enough. So there's that.

Usually I let those feelings simmer into thick, concentrated resentment, then go on a long angry walk listening to sad music or mad music

Serious answer is that those kind of people love to be friends with those far less successful than they are because it makes them feel worldly and grounded, it's just harder to start the friendship
