Fpbp but I'd add that most feminists don't actually read this. If you want to understand feminism as it exists today, read their social media accounts, particular the medium follower count ones. It's more a religion based on a living tradition than it is an ideology.

i've been reading this with my grandma, and i find it to be an impressive work. it is a very complete and candid depiction of woman's standing starting from the biological and progressing to historical. it is balanced and free from delusions. i don't know if modern feminism is strongly influenced by it, but it would be a good choice if it were.
