ITT: Post obscure reference books which you found at your local library or even ones you personally own, I want to see what kind of strange encyclopedias ya'll have.
>>25345974*blocks ur path*As a chef I've have owned many different food related reference books. My favorite has to be Modernist Bread(I don't own the Modernist Cuisine or Modernist Pizza sets). A 50lb+ 6 Volume set(with the kitchen guide) in a steel case. Other food reference books like Larousse Gastronomic and Le Guide Culinaire are fantastic.Any time I go to a new bookstore I always look to see if there are any old school logarithm tables
