None of the endnotes pertaining of the navidson record are hard to read, and the stylistic list of item slop, with the backwards mirrored text means nothing. Or the other super long endnote that is just a list of people's names, mostly fake. None of the formatting of the text in the novel adds any real difficulty in reading it outside of the one Pelafina letter that you have to transcribe to read the message of "They're raping me, an old bag of bones" or whatever.
