Pornography usage will, to a lesser extent masturbation. You should stick only to the latter when necessary to avoid the former, and usually exercise immediately afterwards helps with the post-orgasm effects. If you can avoid it more generally, it greatly helps redirecting that energy into your interests but that’s very hard, i think it would take a developed meditative practice to really sublate one’s sexual drive. I’ve heard of it happening naturally in old age (like Cephalus describes happily in the Republic).
