>>25356220>hawk>let's attack Iran>NO NOT LIKE THATThe amazing thing about Trump, for all his lies, is that he actually does the basic policy things that conservatives have been saying that they want to do for decades, and haven't gotten done. And then when Trump actually does certain long standing policy goals, (overturning Roe v. Wade as a direct result of his Court picks, defunding NPR, bombing Iran, etc), the John Bolton impotent losers of the world write tell-alls to cope. Although abortions themselves have shot up in recent years, this is wholly irrelevant to the simple federal legal victory. An especially pathetic animal in this old species is George Will, who has the misfortune to have a Down Syndrome son. But least his metaphysics are correct (quiet atheism), although he was stupid with his last few votes out of pure spite and lack of understanding. This is the sort of ingrate who will never say thank you to Trump for the basic policy goals achieved, along the above lines. At its deepest and simplest level, this is why Trump is hated so much. Because he credibly threatens to do the thing that the others don't want him to. Feel free to retort about Epstein or raping kids if that makes you feel better, even though it is perfectly clear that so many people have hated him for so long, it is perfectly obvious that if they really had the goods on him, even one time, they would long since have deployed same. Which is what is so stupid about the most recent nonsense.
>>25359999Never understood why all conservatism has to come with an extra helping of expansionism.
