Are you even able to read out loud to someone if your reading is that much slower than talking speed? That is very slow Anon. You better be reading complicated books, but if you read fiction at this speed then it's over.
What are you reading?

>Are you even able to read out loud
I do that but then I realize after 5 pages that I have no idea what the book is about. So I do it mostly to avoid vocal fry
>>
>>25356523
Which book? Speed depends heavily on the kind of book

Man without qualities
It's a reread with a different translation but the book is not difficult it's just full of vague concepts about specific things.

Lets touch our tips

If you are reading dense things it makes sense you would read them slowly. If you are reading Harry Potter or romanceslop novels then yeah you're gonna be reading faster as opposed to someone reading Kant. Big fat if.

Looksmaxxing-adjacent zoomer social media psychosis term meaning they don’t want their voice to be raspy because it’s perceived as performative.

wtf? gonna start pretending im caleb from blood now
>>
I read slow because I like to think about what I'm reading
>>
>>25356479
entirely irrelevant metric
300 words of John Grisham is not the same as 300 words of Nabokov
>>
>>25357354
Grisham is superior, that’s correct
>>
I can read faster than that if it's genre fiction. I read a lot slower if it's dense, complicated technical writing.

This is meaningless without considering the material.
