I'd encourage anyone considering reading a clockwork orange to get a copy with a slang glossary in the back. It's a cop out but the idea of reading that book without it and trying to use context clues and a Russian dictionary to parse what the fuck they're talking about makes it far less enjoyable. At least to me, I guess like, philologists might get off on that, but I'm here for the ultra-violence not like phonemes and Russian words for milk and shit.
