I was recently reading some books on republicanism, and I've read Rousseau's The Social Contract. Now I'm thinking about reading The Federalist Papers. I know that The Social Contract and The Federalist Papers differ significantly in their conceptions of a republic, but I'm still interested.Since I'm not an American, should I read them? If so, which essays should I focus on?Also, what are some good books on republicanism that I should read after or instead of The Federalist Papers?
Read the Anti-Federalist papers. Fuck Hamilton. Fuck Wilson.
>>25403359What's wrong with the federalists???(asking cuz I haven’t read them)
>>25403406Read the Anti-Federalist papers to find out. Without the Anti-Federalists there would be no bill of rights, Federalism destroyed America by slow centralization of power, all of the founding principles have been destroyed by centralization.
