I was in Paris in 2018 and I dont remember it being that bad at all. Though I'm not a poltard so i dont go around scanning for non-whites.
I dont remember seeing that many blacks or arabs. I remember seeing several cute white french women. Sure, there were lots of tourists but tourists are mostly asian or white, not black.
I saw couple of groups of blacks on the outskirts and arabs selling shit on the ground like you'd expect.
Maybe it has gotten much worse in the meantime

J'ai grandi à Paris dans les années 80. Il est évident que la ville a changé pour le pire. C'est sale, mal fréquenté pour la grande majorité des arrondissements populaires ; le reste est plein à craquer de touristes qui ne respectent rien d'autre que leur transistor. Même la culture s'est dégradée. L'avantage c'est les liaisons ferroviaires qui permettent facilement de prendre un week-end pour voir du pays.

La ville (et meme l'ile de france en générale) a une excellente infrastructure bien entretenue: des parcs, des forets, des lacs, des stades/terrains pour pratiquer n'importe quel sport, des musées souvent gratuits, des conférences des tops chercheurs au monde aux ens ou sur le plateau de saclay, très bien desservie en terme de transports
Je dis ca en étant une personne qui n'a jamais eu d'amis et ne sort nul part peut etre que pour marcher seul, mais il faut etre objectif
