>>25412139-isekai litrpg style, but party based -you need to choose 4 other players to clear dungeons -POV chapters of all five of them, so no single MC -(readers can vote or voice their opinions if they find one of them too boring or annoying), with potential party member deaths and the addition of new party members for new dungeons -stat levels are secondary to loot (equipment, weapon, skills) -no exp by defeating enemies; instead the party performance will be judged afterwards based on clearance rate, survival, traps triggered, special areas found etc and then the points be divided equally and used to level up stats and skills-every 10th dungeon is a mega dungeon that will be tackled by up to 10 different parties -after the 10s dungeon people have the option to retire with their loot or continue to the next 10

>>25412139A bow growing up in litRPG land accidentally ends up with the wrong set of rules. When he gains power, he tries to open his stats sheet and instead finds a frame data page! He learns this happens sometimes, and everyone it happens to becomes a social outcast. He goes on his journey trying to hide his true nature. He finds others like him, people that function under different rulesets.
>>25412197Listen, anon. I've run a quest before. I had a shambolic sort of system set up, I had some plans for foes to face and quests to clear, protagonist motivations to hit, all of that. You know what disappointed me? The players. They chose the most boring option every single time, tried to have it both ways, and were just generally lamebrains. I'm fairly certain anyone involved in quests can tell you much the same.

Saving the schoolbro we eating good.
If there's something worse than adding a bad pun to your story, it's making reference to other characters laughing at it.
>>25412433If you're going to have jokes in your story, at least make them IN THE STORY. Just making references to pop culture or saying "well that just happened" is not real humor.

>>25412422Presumably, you're in every scene you're writing as you write it. I'd rather be around pretty things than ugly things. I don't even highlight my monsters being ugly desu, unless ugliness is a specific feature of theirs. The women are sexy, the men are handsome, the children are cute, the supernatural creatures look cool. That's just how it is.And among sexy characters, sorceresses are at the top of the sexiness chart. Combining unnatural beauty (beauty being the same as power in women) with magical power. They'll be full of hubris, so they can go to battle wearing a fucking bikini and it will make sense for the character.
>>25412139I have choice paralysis. Which of these ideas is worth pursuing?Survival Crafting GameLit- The MC is a space trucker who crash-lands on a backwater planet.- His only hope of survival is relying on his snarky AI companion and a replicator that can create anything he can dream of, so long as he has the right materials. He doesn’t.- Now, he must explore, mine, craft, and survive in an alien world where danger lurks around every corner and mysterious ancient technologies lie hidden beneath the waves. And maybe bang a bunch of alien babes in the process.Spy LitRPG- The MC is forcibly recruited into a shadowy, interdimensional agency tasked with safeguarding Earth from multiversal threats.- Turns out, his late, deadbeat dad was actually a top-tier spy, and it’s up to him to fill the shoes left behind.- Now, he must embark on high-stakes multiversal missions, squaring off against larger-than-life Bond villains and saving the multiverse by the skin of his teeth. And maybe seduce a few exotic femmes fatales in the process.Doomguy Parody LitRPG- The MC is a misogynist with social anxiety so severe that he goes completely mute whenever a pretty girl is near.- When the hellgates open, he finds himself trapped alongside a group of drop-dead gorgeous women, accidentally becoming their silent protector.- As he slays his way through the invasion, the legend of the silent, badass demon slayer grows to ridiculous proportions, leading more and more scantily clad women to throw themselves at his feet while he screams internally.

>Gold Digging is getting a japanese TLis that a common practice for web novels?
>>25414200No, and especially not for webnovels that small. Some publisher probably scammed the author into signing rights away and it'll get machine translated.
>>25413644Silhouetteguy gets isekai'd into a kitchen sink superhero setting (magic, aliens, superheroes, etc) into the body of some sort of shadow entity. pretty cozy. fairly twee found family themes but I didn't find it overbearingThe Last Diabolisturban supernatural where the protagonist is a kid that inherits his european dad's devil summoning tradition, and his asian mother's curse magic. cool worldbuilding and mythology tism but kind of annoyingly YA. it also reeks of diaspora which is off putting, but it isn't an active part of the reader experience or pushed forward
>>25414200>>25414204There's no publisher. It's either a fan translation or the author paid for it using patreon bucks. >>25414585It doesn't really dump a bunch of jargon on you, if that's what you mean. It more just gives you a sense what the characters involved can do and a bunch of implications as to why and rolls with it. A lot of the action as far as I've read is mixed up with horror, too. The Harbinger/eldritch monster fights tend to double as these nightmare sequences based on whatever the thing's deal is, and the main character's go-to tricks are draining health and inflicting disease, which puts the Harbinger on a timer to kill her or do something worse (usually something worse), so she seems sort of tailor made to have to figure out how to deal with whatever bullshit the enemy throws at her. Most of the fights are her and the monster struggling to survive each other until one of them cracks, and after the first time there's always been some other plot point being dealt with piled on top of that.
