I can only study philosophy—especially German idealism—after drinking semi-lethal amounts of coffee. To the point where I start shaking. Does this happen to anyone else?

Coffee and snuff are the reasons it’s so autistic and complicated - the 18th/19th century version of amphetamine. Hegel used to take snuff every 5 minutes while lecturing. There is also a portrait of Fichte taking some. Snuff is not like smoking or dipping, it’s very speedy and stimulating. Picrel is my favorite brand - try it, you’ll like it.
I feel like I've build an immunity to coffee over the years. And I don't even drink much of it. Maybe one, two cups a week.Back when I was 18 to 20, drinking a cup made me restless, my heart race and my face sweaty. Now it just makes me awake and nicely alert.Did coffee get weaker, did I get stronger/ burnt out or did my metabolism change somehow?
