I read philosophy and dilute it with litterature. For instance, anything that we do in life is an illusion to keep us going, distracting from the fact that we are going to the void from where we came from. Hence, nothing matters.(IIII) But a small part of me thinks, if anyone is willing and accepting the fact of living with illusions, the most noble is to find someone and live your whole life with that person.I can not do not anything (normie activities) long term or put a lot of energy in stuff because when I try, It feels ridiculous, forcing myself into these illusions, but I still think of (IIII) which I maintain through the litterature that I read (Hermann Hesse etc).It feels like a contradiction, what do you think ?
I just reread what I wrote and It is full of mistakes. The room is too dark, it's late and I'm extremely tired. I'm going to sleep
>>25423111i fundamentally disagree that, simply because our lives our finite, nothing matters. i just don't get it. things do matter. i'm alive. i feel and act and create. i meet other people and look in their eyes and sense their unique essence. i see how far culture has come and wish it would go unimaginably further still. it matters. it seems to me to matter innately. why must it last forever in order to matter? matter to who? it matters to me. it matters to the people around me. it matters to the future generations who i'll never know but who i care for nonetheless. life is the only possible source of value, of mattering. so to say life doesn't matter is meaningless to me.
everything is a dilution compared to poetry
>>25423124I've never said that It should last forever, but you don't know certainly what you are and why you are here, and fact that it is impossible to answer that question makes anything meaningless since you have no answer for the most fundamental question. You and your surrounding are mere representation (matter) of the will, you are on a rock, in a solar system among billions in our galaxy etc..., rushing to an unknown place. How do you manage to keep consistently coping and lying to yourself ?
>>25423111What i you aré ugly, like, how do you acomplish what you believe Is the highest goal of life? Like im 5,3 and i cant do that, no women wants me, so being that noble Is reserved for a selected group of humanity aka as not sub5 people?
>>25423111So you are having an existential crisis? Is just neurotransmitters, It goes away if you wait (maybe not) and you start thinking like an NPC (me, now)
>>25423155I'm 6'4, slightly muscular, mid face and khhv. I prefer this situation rather than being a normie retard. They probably think the same of us, they prefer a normie over a "weird"/"autistic"/"sperg">>2542316224yo, it's been since middle school except the literature and the most noble illusion part that I started considering lately
>>25423171So you suffer from incelism and got ascending as your best goal to have.... Idthink It will work, if you start analysing It, like I know you will, bitterness is hiding in the bushes, ready to bite you and left you bleed.Althought you aré 6,4, so dont worry, you aré just a late bloomer, the doom Is kept for sub 5
So whats your actual problem? Be more clear. You sound stupid but I like people who are personal and open so I will try and listen.
>>25423124OP Is just dissociated from his human emotions, im not saying he has no emotions but that he Is just forgetting them, probably years of isolation has made scars in his brain, disconnection from average human experiences leading to obssesing over an (ironically) no real importance question like the meaning of life Is
>>25423111>anything that we do in life is an illusion to keep us going, distracting from the fact that we are going to the void from where we came from.It is more like this than ever but it wasn't always the case. The Greeks and Romans kept their finitude in mind while they lived.
The sickness unto death is despair. Despair is sin. That He has descended upon us does not show that the sickness is not unto death?
>>25423213>no real importance questionI think every human being with a functioning brain endowed with reason should ask himself at some point why is he doing the he is doing, and eventually he will reach the "no real importance question".So I think if there is a purpose for the existence of humans is to at least push the limit further and further to answer that question, but the problem is that we cannot answer (it is impossible)>Is just dissociated from his human emotions, probably years of isolation has made scars in his brain, disconnection from average human experiences your assumptions are correct (never had a friend even in primary school), but I think the implication isn't (valid)
>>25423938>god>kierkegaardthe kind of god described in your book seems extremely unlikely to exist (be real), so I don't believe in it
>>25423147you don't need to know that lmao, the problem with western philosophy is the proclivity to ask stupid question like this and demand an answer at gunpoint making it impossible to actually live life in the moment
>>25423943one could even push it further and ask why we use reason and seek truth in the first place. One possible answer is that these are evolutionary traits that helped our ancestors survive. But then why should we stop at that explanation? One could argue that it is simply an objectification of our own will, guided by intuition which is the only tool we have for having an answer to the question of who we are. But such an answer can never be certain. At that point, we also risk falling into a circular argument: we try to explain who we are, and perhaps why we possess reason at all, by relying on and presupposing reason itself which can be seen as a second order ideal.

>>25423954is the purpose to live the moment ?
>>25423966stop asking these kinds of question and go out and build something, you keep asking them which makes me think they are an excuse to avoid productivity
>>25424054I am enrolled in the best school/university of my country, and I'm teaching in parallel so it is not an excuse for productivity. Though, I am only doing this to get enough money to withdraw from society and fund a bigger project that aligns with what I said above.
