I have been reading chapters from Bavinck's Reformed Dogmatics, he is the only author I'm familiar with from the far right hand side. Is there a reason it's not listed? Or is the Magnalia Dei supposed to lead into that? Also what exactly does "neo-calvinist" mean, as compared to eg. dry orthodoxy

Bavinck's reformed dogmatics is excellent. His Magnalia Dei is pretty much the same thing just made more accessible for the layman. So yes, I'd say read Magnalia Dei and after that read Reformed Dogmatics. Neo-Calvinism was a movement which was most active during the latter half of the 19th century led by Abraham Kuyper. They wanted all things including the culture to bow the knee to Christ. So it's referring to a specific ideology. Next you have the classic experiential-orthodoxy dichotomy.
