Is there any positive literature on heroin use? I've only ever seen the drug associated with addiction and death.
>>25427414Do you always ask such stupid fucking questions?>Is there any positive literature on getting your leg ripped off by a bear?
>>25427553I did heroin for a couple months 8 years ago. Honestly the best year of my life. I may or may not have had withdrawals once, thought it was the flu and just sat it out. Eventually decided I was taking too much and just stopped. Only noticeable symptom afterwards was increased anxiety. No throwing up or anything. Didn't touch opiates again until last year when I started taking tramadol. Again can't tell if I even got withdrawals, just stopped after a while. Only noticeable symptom was bad nightmares for a while. So I'm left wondering if society is really right about these drugs. Are they really so bad? Or are most people simply irresponsible with their use? This is why I've been searching for literature on the subject.
>>25427576it's just you idiots, people who I know with drugs are 0. You know why? because two of my buds died from drug overdose before evn hitting their 30s. Fuck off with your drugs good bullshit
>>25427579you probably are a caffeine addict, get your dose so you stop being grumpy>>25427414it’s good to use heroin as a senior citizen on deaths door, but they don’t have the time or will to create a novel about it

>>25427414Check out the short story "Opium" by Geza Csath. It's about a life of an opium addict and ends with the message "opium is the greatest thing in the world and you're a bitch if you dont try it"He has many other great stories, most of which are incredibly dark, but very beautiful. He was a writer early 1900s Hungary. He was an opium addict and had very big mental problems, being locked in an institution at the end of his life, from which he escaped, killed his wife and eventually died of an overdose
>>25427576>Or are most people simply irresponsible with their usesociety needs to have a conversation about the fact that adultery is as addictive and twice as destructive as heroin if we have laws against heroin we also need laws against adultery

>>25427414Trainspotting mentions a few plus points, but overall it's pretty negative.Apparently the effects of opium are very different from heroin. Natural drugs are always more wholesome than refined ones.
>>25427579>in my opinion, drugs are bad, mm'kay?Fentanyl is God's gift to humanity. It should be called the Retard Remover.
