Not sure what you mean by that. The technology described is pretty far off the mark. The societal problems and corporate exploitation described have been going on for hundreds of years, so that's hardly a prediction.

Not to mention its incoherent use of technology. Neuromancer shows us a fully-fledged cyber world where people can do pretty much anything, yet all of the characters travel to meet up at bars/various hide outs lmao. Gibson had little to zero understanding of the real social implications of the tech he imagined in Neuromancer.
