I'm normally attracted to women but about 1 in 1000 men strike me in a strange way and fill me with a peculiar tingling feeling somewhere between my sternum and the bottom of my rib cage and the idea of holding them or being held in their arms is an idea I can lose myself in for a whole afternoon.

You say this, but the whole commonplace ideal of men seeking a younger female companion is based on sexual desire.

People have different needs and should act accordingly. For some, they're willing to sacrifice in other areas for financial security or an intellectual, spiritual equal. For others, attraction and sex above all (as someone who's poor and good-looking, thank God!).

If you had the chance to bugger a cute pre-alcoholism and twink death Sebastian you probably would too.
>>
>>25433154
It's a little random. One time I spent about 4 weeks developing a sudden crush on a guy who was about a foot taller than me and whose hands probably could have reached all the way around my waist, before he got a girlfriend and I sank into despair for a while. Another time it was over a coworker who was even shorter and smaller than me with fluffy messy hair and a thing for wearing oversized sweaters. I almost thought my gaydar was going off because of stuff he said and the way he acted but I had to move away before I could work up the courage to make a move.

I hate that stupid stupid singer

I hate that stupid singer.
He makes me wanna spew.
Sickly, pale, skeletal—
It's his fault you're gone.
Did he hit like that drunk cigarette?
Now you're stuck wondering why.
He saw you in another light.
Out of both the pale boys who ruined my life,
I blame that stupid singer,
Too lazy to write an "e."
I never wore eyeshadow...
Was it because I didn't skulk like them?
You got undressed for a whole new person.
Did you kiss my neck and pretend it was his?
You move on, and I still suffer.
Will you have the children of another man?
Or will they have the eyes of the poor boy you can't forget?
I know I can't leave you behind.
I still remember:
12-12. 8:30–1.
Every time I see that stupid singer,
He reminds me of you.
Can't go back to friends; we never started that way.
I can count the beds we shared on one hand,
Another for your other man.

when I was in sixth form a guy in the year above started messaging me out the blue, like, flirting with me. really forward. I’d never met him or heard of him but when I looked at his fb he was friends with all the popular girls in my year. and as a teenager I was quite shy and stuff I couldn’t tell him to fuck off, I was like giving the replies uninterested girls give ‘ah yeah idk’. anyway it wasn’t fun and made me very sympathetic to girls tb h.

If cracking means sex, then cracking your knuckles means you had sex with your knuckles. Knuckles is a Sonic character. If Knuckles is a Sonic character, then "knuckle cracking" means you’re having sex with Knuckles the Echidna. What does knuckling mean? I don't know. It sounds like it could be something sexual. Dare I continue? If knuckling your crack is something sexual, then that's full circle. There should be a term for this. Cracking and knuckling and paired up somehow. We should ask Michael from Vsauce because he is who inspired me. His YouTube shorts gave me this idea about having sex with Knuckles and knuckling crack.

We should avoid objectifying women or making women into objects, as Graham Harman’s philosophy effectively does. Women are subjects, not objects, and this commitment is called subjectivism, by the way. To see why this matters and why Harman is wrong about women, we need to explore how the concepts of “subject” and “object” have functioned in philosophy throughout all of history from Adam to the future, what Harman’s object-oriented ontology claims, and where it collapses ethically for women like me.

Do you have time to discuss why Graham Harman’s philosophy effectively objectifies women, and why the proper response is a firm subjectivism that treats women as subjects, not objects, like Graham Harman does?

women are fields of molecules and men are fields of molecules and the male molecules can start functioning in a female manner and vice versa and the subject-object distinction doesn't apply except when we are compelled in practice to apply it, as almost all the time we are, but metaphysically as it were it doesn't apply. imo.

Idk, why I keep even posting in the writing general, when I give feedback on what people post there, but never get any replies myself. Idk, people just post one paragraph or couple of sentences of their writing and people give feedback to that, which I find just uselless. If you post anything longer you get no replies and the replies you get often seemingly have not read what you posted but act like they did.
So I am gonna attention whore here! Excerpt from my manuscript, where the main character returned to her home tribe after years and was about to leave again but elderly shaman collapsed. Taking place on the medieval eurasian steppe.

i don’t see trans men or women exactly the same as i see biological men or women, but i do (usually) see them as distinctly different to their dead(?) gender. and i kind of enjoying watching them, like on twitter edits of some ftm going to a diner then skating then going on dates or mtf talking about philosophy or reviewing instant ramen on youtube.

There was a video about Lolita, or rather the media/culture around it that I found interesting. (note: I didn't read the book, so maybe this youtuber is an idiot, but here goes). I'm not gonna post it but the central argument is that the media around it misses the point and ends up validating Humbert's perspective by the continued sexualization of Dolores, even though that wasn't the point. The point was it was a little girl who was doing little girl things, but Humbert was essentially making a "she was asking for it" and "she was just too beautiful" to justify himself, which I found interesting. Coupled that with the plot summary, it hints a theme I see true: kids getting preyed on by society & adults. What are you gonna do if your stepdad's a predator?
Meanwhile, the movies kept trying to push Dolores as a sex symbol, which ended up sexualizing the underage actor. Natile Portman from her role from the Hitman's first fan mail (not the same movie/book but similar idea), got a rape fantasy mail.
Back to Lolita, an interesting idea is Kubrick had to "age" Dolores up, to get past censor bars. Because if he were to present the story straight, they would not approve at all.
It doesn't hurt that my wife herself was victim of sexual abuse growing up, that I got sorta sick hearing all this. Even the actresses that played Dolores ended up engaged in affairs with 20+ older actors.

My observations from all of this is two: first, for the pursuit of trying to "sell" or "package" the movie or even book, they kept justifying Humbert. Each iteration basically pushes to say "well, he kinda had a point", when the point is that he doesn't. But that doesn't fly with pop culture: child beauty pageant, lolicons, etc etc. (Side note, lolicons are, well, fine. Because in my view it's not a real child, so fuck it who cares? I bring them up to say the society impulse for the topic). Not to mention the amount of legal protection these monsters get form the act, like pedo teachers get from the union. These media kept missing the point, and accidentally entrap their Dolores actresses to following their character's step.

Second, is my distain of wokeness & identity politics increased, or at least pop. On paper I would be a feminist and woke, but I feel that the movement's expression is so pointless, like Anita Sarkeesian. No matter what anyone can say about her work, the problem is clear: it's a game, nobody was hurt, and there isn't a lot of value to analyzing why a lot of games has sex appeal. Even if we supposed that there is a clear problem in that space, I feel there's bigger problems elsewhere that needs addressing. And that's the problem: a lot of pop-wokeness I see is shallow and missing the point. It's like, we talk about affirmative hiring when we should talk about black kids having to go to school in trailers, or literacy rates plumping. But we aren't. We are focused on the wrong problem because it's easier to talk about than real ones.

I was just thinking the other day how people always hypocritically off-load exceptions onto you that they don't adhere to themselves.
Growing up my father always told me things like "you'll eat what's on your plate" and admonished picky eaters, but growing up I realized he was a very picky eater himself. What he meant by "don't be a picky eater" was "enjoy eating what I eat".
I didn't do well in school and my mother always used to admonish me by saying "just worker harder", I would tell her I can't, and she would just retort with "just do it". Recently her doctor has been telling her to exercise but she of course struggles; when I tell her to "just do it" she has a laundry list of excuses why she can't that in her mind are totally justified.
I had a friend who would always talk down guys that complained about dating because they're bald or short or whatever, saying that just needed to stop whining, then he went rapidly bald in college and nearly had a mental breakdown over it.

I guess "hurr durr people are hypocrites" isn't that mind-blowing, but it's been on my mind lately for whatever reason and it kind of pisses me off thinking about it.

This is a massive cope. Outside of Iraq and arguably Afghanistan, the US has nothing to do with the defeat of secularism in the Muslim world. It is the inevitable result of an ideology which considers the lives of three generations of medieval Arabs to be the pinnacle of human achievement. Don’t believe me? Consider cases of this rejection of secularism happening in places entirely outside of the US’s sphere of influence, like in Chechnya, post-Soviet Tajikistan, etc.

See a guy like you doesn't realize that those of us who post that way have inherited the earth. That guy loves Nine in Nails and that's what he meant by that and he doesn't have to worry about it at all. We are in a totally different universe than you and frankly it rules

Is that really a standard you hold yourself to? I'm not saying posting bullshit on /wyt/ is wasting time, in fact I believe the exact opposite, however can you really say self-deputizing as janny over rules you made up, is any different? It's expression of self, my friend, public journaling. 'Every day after lunch I post 'I love Nine Inch Nails' on the bulletin board'. Elegant, really.

Yes. If I did this every day I'd be as big of a loser but I don't.
I don't consider it elegant. It's repetitive and just digital waste. He could post why he chose that specific lyric. What it means to him or ow it relates to something in his life. We get none of that. For all we know it's a literal bot made to post every now and then. If what you're posting looks bot-like it has no elegance.

The people who think being called "reddit" or "redditor" is some kind of genuine, scathing insult are hilarious. Its literally a nonsense word and its meaning changes on the daily and its interpretation is different from person-to-person. I've been frequenting 4chan for... >>
>>25434395
You keep giving me the words that describe my problem with you. If you had just kept your mouth shut but basically said the said thing I'd still be thinking 'okay sure putting users on notice for any reason is interesting, i'll take that for self expression', but then you keep saying 'reddit' 'cringe' 'lame' 'bad cadence' even. I mean I'm trying not to hold you in contempt yet you keep sentencing yourself for me. Do you see where you're kind of causing your own problem? A lot of us just like to fuck around and not worry you know? You wouldn't even be in court if you didn't summon everyone there.

What more can be said of Anonymous? Playful, chaotic, always tripping over himself. It's a never-ending source of fascination that a bus on a route can be completely empty at one time, but then a half-hour later, it's packed. It's similar to the ebbs and flows of automobile traffic. The way the recreational desires and professional schedules of people overlap and collide, creating peak times of activity along modes of transportation, or quite the opposite, ghost towns.

Well no I'm just saying the bus goes to where people don't want to be and picks them up and then empties itself where everyone is. Though this does fit into your 'ebb and floe' business which may have been the point of it all. But like you know, workplace traffic, nobody's trying to go home from work at 7am. I've noticed a lot of Pynchon is him copy+pasting what he read in a history book and converting it into his own prose. Just read a substack replying to last years article about the so called lost generation of white male writers claiming straight Latino males were also excluded from success in the literary world.

From my observations it seem the publishing industry has become dominated by women and been entirely feminized. Its become a miasma concoction of feminism and identity politics. Minorities are forced into the liberal left wing narrative of victim who are only allowed to write about overcoming oppression and men are forced to be castrati who only get published if they are writing against so called toxic masculinity

People often think of the past as a time when the sex people had was incredibly bland and prudish, but I'd bet it is us modern men and women who forgot how to fuck like human beings are meant to fuck. Modern men and women got their circuits fried by porn, women's mags or redpill sites, pop culture, etc. way too hard and way too early to really know what sex is or what it's meant to be like. An 18th century reverend and his spouse probably had way better and human-like sex than your modern upper-middle class redditor couple from a big western metropolis.
