Nothing scares the Irishman more than the brutal readiness of the Mammy and her wooden spoon.
The knight fears the pike. The Irish? The spoon.

Ending an Ending, by Danny Birt. The first book in a series of books with the names:

>1 Ending an Ending
>2 Beginning
>3 Beginning an Ending
>4 Ending
>5 Beginning a Beginning

I've had this book in storage for 20 years as I've moved it from house to house my entire adult life. It is actually first edition and author signed, though. But I don't think I could even give this away, let alone sell it in a yard sale.

This fucking scene with this fucking baby has lived rent free in my head the entire time.

Tired of this cliched writing

I read it as mummy dick. As is "Zzzzzz" looks like a penis wrapped in bandages, which it kinda does...

I'm really sick of Europeans whose only defining trait is they aren't American

Reducing it down to a formula alone is how Jeff Bezos got into making Rings of Power thinking he was gonna make a shitton of money.
So i'm guessing this book ain't all that good.

True.

Neckbeard tipping fedora energy

Using standard spelling is based and it annoys me when books, especially those written before muttland was founded, uses Americanisations... That being said, the way he went about it is reddit as fuck.
>>
>>25467387
author sounds like a retard, I would legitimately put the book down immediately
>>
>>25467478
this comes from having no friends in one's own life or country and only interacting with americans online
>>
>>25467472
One can assume he started out with the two words "mummy dick", turned that into "mummy duck" and wrote the preface from there.

Utter cancer. Art should speak for itself. And writing out the hero's journey as a formula is predddit cringe.

Can you really blame them? They're stuck in the credits of the past century as the fabric of their promises unfurl
