Is anyone else here over 40? I find that wisdom comes a lot easier. I can read everything and often times I'm smarter than the author. I go, oh really now. I could critique them in a lesson. I submit my poetry to magazines and I can get accepted if I so choose, but I'm the one turning them down. I have written several important novels in my imagination, but I choose not to spend the time writing them out because I no longer require the fame or validation of youth, and there is no rush in doing so. I prefer walking with my horses, of which there are plenty.
