Peter John Keeble for anything Dickens, Ray Clare for anything Chesterton, Phil Chenevert or Mark Nelson for any old pulp stories, and there's probably a few others. As a general rule, any "version 2" on librivox exists because an actually decent reader decided to make a version that doesn't suck. And if version 2 sucks, someone else likely made a version 3 that doesn't.
