Is Doc Savage worth reading? Also talk about pulps here. I read Tarzan recently and am reading a book of Conan stories now, suddenly realizing what I was missing.

Damn people, the Doc Savage stories are great pulp fun. It's too bad they camped up the movie version and turned a lot of people away from reading about Clark Savage, Jr.
