I was pissed I wasted so much time reading this stupid book, only for all the dramatic tension to be squandered with the lol-random ending. I never consumed any of his work ever again.
I unironically stopped talking to my mother because she kept asking me to read Stephen King. It has been like 10 years.

This is probably his best unadapted short story. I don't know how you could adapt it, maybe into a Creepshow segment. It's just good weird drugged up Steve though
