How do I get more out of the book I've read?I usually forget it's content after a year or even less
people will say keep a reading journal and this one honors class i took in college made us do that for when we wrote the big paper at the end but honestly i didn't do it lol i didn't get a good grade either but then again i didn't care
Read very very slowly. Look at every word with your eyes.

You pick 3 books and read them religiously, meditate on them for a lifetime, and allow them to permeate your soul

>>25542954>people will say keep a reading journalThis is a good idea. I try to journal regularly anyway and will talk about the books I'm reading and even without actually looking back at it I'll remember what I ended up writing down.>Stop smoking weebThis too. I always remember people saying weed is terrible for short-term memory but I found that what it actually completely fucks up is your ability to form deeper, long-lasting memories. My reflections back on when I smoked weed are very hazy and I never should have done it in the first place.
