What books do you pick to combat the existential dread and misery?
Turgenev's "A Sportsman's Notebook" (the title is translated in multiple ways, occasionally as something like "A Hunter's Sketches") is among the coziest books I've ever read. Depending on your taste in literature, it's an easy recommend.
