if i have all the material conditions i need as a human to keep on existing, and i am not completely at ease with my life, like a well fed cat would be, then it must be because of thoughts. where do i start on philosophy to address this problem.i want to achieve complete conformation/satisfaction by thinking the right sequence of thoughts. is picrel my guy?
