I can't stand the silence, what do you listen to while you read?
Depends on what I'm reading. Often dungeon synth or edm or classical. Never lyrics in English.
im the opposite - its impossible for me to enjoy reading while also distorting my inner dialogues and imagery with outside noises. regular background sounds are fine e.g have a TV on, or background chatter from people. but intentionally putting on music is absolutely intolerable to me. i might be autistic
