I'll start.
>>25558272Title sounds like Kantian morality but less autistic
>>25558275you're on the right track. Willink's definition of freedom is rooted in Hegelian philosophy.
Being able to do what you want is freedom thoughbeit
>>25558320what about being free to change what you want? why should you want what you want now as opposed to something else?
>>25558275It doesn’t, you utter retard
poor lil zog drone looks like he needs to take a shit
>>25558275it's just eleutheriafreedom meaning free from vice
>>25558651Concerning freedom with something no one can do seems meaningless. I am a determinist as well btw.If your conception of freedom is beyond the intuitive difference between Tyrone waking up and having to pick cotton all day or he'll get beat to death versus John waking up and getting to decide if he sits and enjoys the sunrise or plow his wife without the danger of another man/government killing him for it (even if he can't will what he wills)-- then I think your head is too far in the clouds. Not to say investigating like that is pointless, but if it's not practically useful you won't find me interested. As Aristotle said, this shit is useless because it's so "divine".
