None of you will ever be published

>>25591544You don't need to anymore. There are plenty of non-humans flooding sites with A.I.-generated books and those sites print a copy of any book that gets bought, no matter how customized the book design or pages are. That's just the whole internet now. Just a bunch of soulless golems flooding it with trash. But it all makes sense when you remember that there are only a limited amount of souls, and we live in the age where the last few of them are - so we live in the worst age so far where there are only a few thousand souls and billions of non-humans that follow the evils of their flesh.

You’re the one getting played, goyim. Joke is on you. Some of us know the right people.

>>25591544Hey, I sold a couple short stories. Nobody wants my novels though.
>>25593373Same, honestly. Half a dozen short stories, a dozen poems. My "standalone" output has dropped off a cliff since 2020 because since then I've been at work on a massive story that's all one big tale. So I have less 'current' stuff to submit to magazines because all my current output is in one massive story. I've been slowly self-publishing it on a website I've had built to house it.
>>25591544Was I meant to be writing books? Fuck, I didnt know
>>25591544I'm a consumer and not a creative so I'm perfectly fine with this.
What is publication anyways? You can self-publish one "book" on a burnt CDr and keep it in your bookshelf (what I did with all the short stories I read as a teen) and that will be "published" in a pedantic sense.
But I am published in little magazines
>>25591806That press is one step above a vanity press and accepts most submissions.
