I like reading the "hard" stuff for fun and find reading trite, light things not fun and a brainless activity, but for some reason FUN reading has become synonymous with shit that I find BORING and BORING reading has become synonymous with what I find FUN. It is a very upsetting thing, probably, if I could feel ANYTHING but panic.
i love reading for fun and NOT for meaning, even traditionally "intellectual" works! and theres NOTHING wrong with that!
