I think the coolest thing about Relena is that despite her briefly taking up her Peacecraft name, she never once judged Heero or the Gundam Pilots for fighting--she only worked to make it so they no longer had to. It was never going to work with the world being the way it was, but you gotta admire her spirit.

I like to think that while Zechs is Char's spiritual successor, so is Relena in a way. Zechs received Char's overall character arc, albeit without the mommy issues and petty jackassery, while Relena received Char's obsession with the protagonist and the whole "desire to be killed by him" schtick. By separating these qualities and placing them in two distinct individuals, both Zechs and Relena ended up becoming much, much more stable and grounded than Char.
