Outside, China somehow doesn't turn into a complete joke and conquers Indochina, India, and the stans. 8. Middle East somehow forms it's own shitty federation.9. Closer to modern day Brits are still expanding.10. Brits conquer Japan (area 11) because it has the magic power source rock Sakuradite, giving them and energy advantage.11.
