The only mecha dragon I know of from that one was the "unused" dragon boss from the Sky Chase segment of the game (I say "unused" because it's actually still there - it just had its attacks disabled and the camera is now locked behind the Tornado/Tornado2 so you can't see it following you at any point. Hacking the game to unlock the camera lets you see that it's still following you on a set path, but never attacks).
