Some of the background ships in Votoms kind of fit; the transport that takes them down to Pailsen's Fun World in Roots of Ambition is pretty narrow and a bit tall, though it's still more long than tall, and of course those are far from the focus. There's also a very vertical Federation design in the Chariot-class, which I believe is a FASA design from the tabletop.
