The OVA isn't half bad, why do americans seem to hate it?
>>23893902First off all it’s an OK ova, nothing really astonishing but it’s still a fine quick watch. Second off all what’s with your grudge against American’s? Seriously you are far too noticeable and the fact you bring it up randomly constantly to the point of OBSESSION is unhealthy. Get over yourself already
Why go on an American website if you hate Americans so much? Seriously their has to be a 2ch clone in your country. In before somebody tells me this is a Japanese website and I have to explain WT Snacks to people.
Because it was the usual "Hey, those Japanese cartoons are super hip right now, let's license whatever shit we can get, no matter how cheap." fare where no one cared about anything else but shoving something, ANYTHING on the market. It's how you got countless other random "companion" (or flat out unfinished) OVAs released without the rest or any context like all those Dynamic shows, ARIEL, Devadasy and whatnot.Add one of those SHIT FUCK CUNT SHIT ASS BITCH - WITH CREAM dubs on top and you're set for a one star rating by THEM Anime or Lord Carnage.

>>23893930>>23893934>>23894091The OVA is infamous in the US and was critically panned for years (still is in places like MAL).
>>23894100Not American and I think this OVA was laughably bad. One of the most unappealing things I've ever watched. Had a sick design for the main character and a killer theme tune but that was it
>>23894140Not an American and I don't get the appeal of this work either (manga included). I'm not averse to ecchi, gore, campiness or classic straightforward heroism that's shown in Tokusatsu and hotblooded mecha shows, but this thing feels like a gross shitpost that often takes itself way too seriously for what it is. I'm not really into the author's thinly veiled fetishes either.
>>23894100>reading MAL
>>23894140Just because you don't like something it doesn't make it bad.
>>23893902It ain't half good either. The manga on the other hand is great
