Because it was the usual "Hey, those Japanese cartoons are super hip right now, let's license whatever shit we can get, no matter how cheap." fare where no one cared about anything else but shoving something, ANYTHING on the market.It's how you got countless other random "companion" (or flat out unfinished) OVAs released without the rest or any context like all those Dynamic shows, ARIEL, Devadasy and whatnot.Add one of those SHIT FUCK CUNT SHIT ASS BITCH - WITH CREAM dubs on top and you're set for a one star rating by THEM Anime or Lord Carnage.

I always get really autistically excited when I see an Apocalypse Zero thread, it’s like a small hit of heroinI swear to god it’s my favorite manga ever made, it is just so sincere and soulful, it’s humanity’s heart of gold encapsulated in manga form. I fucking adore every student at that school, I LOVE zero as a concept and as an armor and think that initial henshin sequence is just straight up one of the coolest things ever put to page, the armorless raid on Harara castle and all of the fights against Hararas forces is in my eyes the best string of fights in any manga, it’s just perfect for what it is. Funny, charming, gross, gorey, incredible artwork, pure soul.
